Received a response from Adam. There was some mix up and my payment was sent. Received my payment today sent priority mail for free. I've been using them for years and never had and issue. Raised my rating to 4 stars as they handled the issue quickly. is this place still in business? I sent a package to them on 12/26/23 and from the tracking number it was received, but i have not received the confirmation email from them with the amount i will be receiving. they are usually pretty good about letting me know the package was received and payment has been sent. i would have gave 5 stars but something is wrong and I would not recommend using them until they can explain what happened.

Three months ago I sent in some test strips. Next thing I know I'm getting an email with a picture where I could not see whatever it was they said was wrong with two boxes bottom line, I was paid 45 dollars less than I thought I would initially be paid. Do yourself a favor. While they are good about paying you, make sure you take pictures BEFORE you send anything in.
