TestMax is the best. The LSATMax course changed my life. I struggled for over a year trying to learn the lsat before I finally found this course. I went through two rounds of tutoring with Kaplan which was a complete waste of time, money, and sanity. I ended up cancelling my score after test day because I didn't feel I was well equipped. Then I used Powerscore and Velocity prep and they were no help. I retook the exam and got a 150 using them. LSATMax is the only course that works. The app is so convenient so you can study anywhere. The strategies Mehran teaches are what make all the difference. The other prep courses teach you basics but they don't give you solid strategies. They inundate you with info, don't connect the dots, and then you get lost. Mehran explains everything so it actually makes sense and clicks in your brain. This course was revolutionary for me. I recommend it to everyone. Please use it. All the other course are just not worth it at all. I am speaking from experience. LSATMax is the right was to learn the lsat.

Helpful course overall, but the format needs to be modernized. (Disclaimer: I have the free version.) The breakdown of the LSAT and the skills and strategies taught in this course have helped me parcel the process of studying into a format that is easy to stick to. But, a lot of the videos in the course have low quality audio ( hollow room sound) with the volume levels sometimes changing randomly. Also, sometimes the instructor will direct you to "turn the page" when the course is completely digital. This makes it seem a bit outdated and unorganized. Some of the videos seem to be much longer than need be ( i.e. over two hours) and I think these could be broken down more. Before I started using this course, I was working through the Khan Academy's LSAT prep course and found it to be more engaging, and outright more fun. I would love to see some elements from that course - like a custom study plan, reward points and the avatar- cross over into this one. However, even though the material on TestMax can be hard to get through, the strategies for logic games, logical reasoning, etc. that are taught are highly effective and have helped me progress more than my work in the Khan Academy's course. So far I am about halfway through this course and will do my best to come back and update this review upon my completion of the course.

Hey Phil, thanks for taking the time to write your review! In terms of telling you to turn the page, the reason for this is that Pro and Premium come with hardcopy materials, including the lesson notes, so you can follow along and take notes. Lastly, can you please let Customer Service ([email protected]) know which videos have the sound issues you encountered so we can look into this further? Thanks!
TestMax is a rigorous prep course for the LSAT. I am learning strategy and optimizing my test-taking abilities through TestMax. I highly recommend it to anyone competing for a higher LSAT score.

After failing the D.C. Bar using another large bar prep program, I was a little down. Taking the bar again would be expensive, plus I would have to pay another large fee to repeat the bar prep course. Not knowing if it would work, I took a chance on BarMax. The program was reasonably priced, easy to follow, and very effective. The second time around I passed using BarMax, and I would highly recommend the program. It is particularly good for those of us who are on the go with the mobile functionality.
