From ordering and scheduling the blood tests to receiving the results, the process was easy and quick. I arrived at the location 10 minutes ahead of schedule and was called 5 minutes before my appointment time. The tech was courteous and competent and I was done in no time. I was told it would take 2-3 days for the results but they were available online in 24 hours. I'm a retired MD and didn't need a doctor to order or interpret for me, so this was great- excellent service!
