If there is an error in patient information in healthcaretesing.com or Questlab account, the staff should be able to verify accurate information from other identification documents of that patient. The patient should not be made to wait until the patient figures out how the error occurred. Instead, the staff should verify other information pertaining to the patient's identification and be allowed to proceed with the testing.
