Faulty port replaced within two days
The C1 port on my 140W adapter stopped working, which was the whole reason I bought it, as I used it to charge my laptop. I emailed TESSAN on 3 November 2025 and had a reply the same day asking for the serial number, order details and a short video of the fault. I sent everything over and by 5 November they had approved a free replacement and given me an expected arrival date, all without quibbling about the fact I had bought it through Amazon rather than direct. Two days from first contact to a resolved warranty claim is genuinely good going. The product itself had been excellent up to the fault, and I had already recommended it to colleagues. Knowing the support behind it is this responsive, I would happily buy TESSAN again.
