I made an error with my order which was entirely my fault but my advisor resolved the problem in a very satisfactory way. The product is excellent and I will certainly use Teslaunch again. Highly recommended.

Never buy from that scamming company that only wants your money!!!! I made a mistake when ordering a part and asked it to be canceled within the first hour after placing it. I emailed them, sent them message on their chat, and app. No answered at all. Kept sending them emails and messages. The next day, I received a message that I can order a different part if I made a mistake. However the status of order went to ready to shipped and now no more answer from them!!! They don’t want to refund my money back and are sending me a part that I don’t need from China. That I will have to send it back and pay for shipping and fees. What is wrong with that company????

Scam company, do not use. I ordered a CCS2 to Type 2 adaptor for my Tesla, which was shown as in stock. Nothing shipped so I chased them. The said there was a delay as the parts were sub standard and not safe! I requested a refund as I can’t wait. No refund given. They just offered 10% discount for the delay. This is theft of my money. I am now trying to claim the money back via my bank. You have been warned.

Mooie producten met een goede klantenservice! Had een verkeerde kleur van mijn product besteld maar mailde de klantenservice en het werd gelijk geregeld z9nder dat er meerdere dagen overheen ging.

God service, leverer hvad de lover og inden for en acceptabel tidsramme. Jeg har købt en del til min Tesla model y og det fungerer.
