I performed aerial photography/Videography for Nick and had zero issues. Clear communication and straight forward instructions, would work with again for sure.

As a UAV operator I work with a variety of Real Estate companies and few are as easy to work with as TerraVista; the requirements are crystal clear and the communication is always very hasty and helpful. I hope to continue working with them in the future!

I did drone photography for Nick on a property in Wyoming. Very clear communication, good feedback and prompt payment. I would be happy to work with him again.

Dont fall for their folksy family sales pitch. This company will rip you off. They offer pennies on the dollar of your property’s real value. The other rip off companies are offering me 4 times as much. This isn’t a simple mistake this is predatory behavior. Be wary of companies offering you a cash offer. Be especially wary of this company or better yet just run away.

Response from TerraVista Land Estates· Oct 6, 2026
Hi Marcelo, we’re sorry our offer missed the mark so significantly. Based on what you’ve shared, it sounds like we simply got the valuation wrong on your property, and we take responsibility for that. We send offers based on the information available to us, and sometimes we get it wrong. There was certainly no intention to take advantage of you or misrepresent what your property is worth. We also don’t have any record of speaking with you directly, so unfortunately we never had the opportunity to review the property together or correct the offer. If you have buyers offering four times what we offered, we genuinely hope you pursue the option that is best for you. We’d also appreciate the opportunity to speak with you and see if we can resolve your concerns. Please feel free to call us directly at (507) 765-0750. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve our valuation process going forward.
Olivia and Nick were easy to work with and made the process seamless.
