Love that you can select the meals and easily skip a week. We had Blue Apron a few years ago and this is so much better! Additionally, when they missed a minor ingredient, we not only got a response in under 15 minutes (we weren't even done cooking!), but they gave a credit that more that covered the cost of the missing item. Couldn't be happier.

I have been doing Terra's Kitchen for about four weeks now. I order 3 meals each week for 3 people. Their portion sizes are large enough to feed a man that eats a lot, a bottomless pit of a teenage boy, and me. I also am able to bring leftovers for lunch. I think they are a little pricey, however, they taste good and are quick to make (don't think any more than 30 mins ever). I work 80 hrs a week and so I thought I would try one week without them and go back to the old way of eating prepackaged meals. On the prepackaged meals my family was hungry shortly after, which never happens on Terras. I wish they would use more chicken breast in lieu of tenders and it is frustrating when an item didn't meet their standards so you have to go buy it (received a credit of course). I love the selection. Plus while filling my box as usual for the following week delivery there was a surprise discount code on there (nice surprise and made it a good price). Don't like that there isn't a human to talk too when there is an issue, however, they had already addressed my issue via e-mail (I just don't check my e-mails). I decided I never want to skip another week again :)

My second week with terra was horrible, first our delivery never came (yes I got a refund) but they have no back up plan when this happens so with my already busy life I had to figure out how to meal prep last minute for my family. Third week it came on time but the salads I received where spoiled when opening container not awesome (also got a refund). Last two weeks I was missing ingredients and recipe guides. It’s like they just can’t get there crap organized. Only reason they get three stars is there customer service since they have me refunds when having issues although I’ll no longer use there services since something always goes wrong.

It is not perfect but nothing is and they work hard to fix anything wrong, if your lettuce came wilted, or anything for that matter. The ingredients are fresh, washed, and prepped making the little extra you might pay worth it. The ingredients are of utmost quality. We have done several delivery services and this is by far the best, the vessel it comes in is the best, and there as may more varieties every week. Def. Worth a try!!

Occasionally your tomatoes and greens go bad to fast. They need to last at least 3-4 days after arrival

Quick, Healthy, And DELICIOUS! Couldn't ask for more.

I have been using Terra's Kitchen for the past year and find it very easy to have fresh good meals very quickly. I was looking for food delivery service that made it easy to come up with new healthy ideas for recipes plus make it simple. They do both, have been very happy. I do recycle all the plastic containers then re-use the plastic bags and I love that it comes in the fridge to be sent back.
