So many options, most of the prep work is already done for me, and the recipes never disappoint! Love the vegetarian options which are easily converted to vegan :)

Food is excellent but I am vegan and gluten free and options are limited so it gets tiring eating the same food week after week no matter how good it is. Will be canceling my subscription.

-Delicious and interesting recipes. -Caters to various dietary restrictions. -Great customer service. -Recipe cards are easy to follow & quick. -A few of my deliveries haven't made it, but this is the fault of FedEx, not Terra's. Still it messed up my plans for the week. -The portion sizes differ from meal to meal. Sometimes we have leftovers and sometimes the meals don't seem filling enough.

I love Terra's Kitchen! It's always reliable. The ingredients are extremely fresh; the recipes are easy to follow and delicious; portion sizes are perfect. Unlike other meal delivery services, all the prep work is already done, and that makes all the difference for me. I wish that there were more whole grain choices - brown rice instead of white in every meal (although I usually just substitute my own), quinoa, barley, farro, etc. Sometimes, the meal choices seem a bit similar, so after a while, it's hard to find enough variety. But, overall, I'm a very satisfied customer and will keep using it.

Out of the three meal kit services we have tried (HelloFresh/BlueApron/Terra's Kitchen), we feel that Terra's is the best. What sets Terra's apart is that most of the ingredients are already chopped, which saves a lot of time and is the main reason we use a meal kit service, the selection of meals is very good and interesting, and the cooler vessel saves us from having to recycle large boxes and ice packs every week. None of the meal kit services are perfect. I think that the biggest complaint I have with Terra's is that there is no easy way to offer suggestions--- Blue Apron and Hello Fresh have a blog for subscribers comments/questions. You can email Terra's, but I do not want to email them my thoughts/suggestions on the meals every week, further, your suggestions in the email then would not reach other subscribers who could benefit from your comments.

Customer Service is great Food is fresh and all prepped out for you Expensive meal plan, however a lot of the prep is done for you so...that helps a lot! Packaging of meat and dairy should be improved. Shipping is harsh on the vessels. Even though meats come wrapped in shrink wrap, and then in a zip top bag, and then in a plastic carton, we still have had to wipe the entire contents of our vessel due to spilled/leaked protein juice or heavy cream. Yuck!

I wish I could give more stars to Terra’s Kitchen- I really love a lot of things. They have fantastic meal choices, they are mostly easy to prepare, the recipe cards are excellent, they have tons of great options. There are 3 things that keep me from giving it a 5 star review. 1. Price. It’s pretty pricy- and they recently added a delivery charge and upped the order minimum. 2. The use by dates don’t give you much of a window of time- just a few days- you need to cook then fast. 3. The delivery days are very limited, at least for my area. So I can get Friday or Saturday. But I want meals for weeknights, not weekends- but unfortunately I can’t order on a Monday. And because they expire so fast, you don’t get bit about 2 days worth of week day meals ready to go. So in summary- this service has so much potential and is so close to perfect- but had a few flaws to overcome.

Like that most items are ready to go, chopped, etc. Wish sometimes meat was also cut up but probably better not. Everything so far has tasted very good and my husband has eaten things I never expected him too.
