Nobody showed up as scheduled the first time. When I called to reschedule, they told me it was rescheduled to that day (without telling) me so I raced home from work. I sat home for 4 hours and nobody came, again. I then got a text from the tech (finally) that said he was coming tomorrow (with no time). I tried to call the number in the text the tech said I could call, and his mailbox was full. He texted back a time finally and we will see if he shows up tomorrow. No accountability from anyone at this company. It seems like it might be routine that they get these complaints.

I think Courtney Corbin is very friendly and communicative. However, I have had issues with keeping appts for other services with no return calls or rescheduling.

Terrible customer service we canceled our service and they still charge our account we had to even call our bank and cancel the card because terminex keeps charging us and even after this they send u a letter saying the card on file is not working and this may go to collection if not settled so I do not recommend there services

After dealing with a racist road test teacher from the dmv a lovely women by the last name Wilson came by to console me and tell me that everything was going to be alright. She is one of the nicest women ive ever meet in my life and i will always remember her thank you so much if you see this Wilson maybe ill see you at the exxon gasstation again sometime LOL

Terminix inspector was supposed to be at my home between 1030 and 1100. Inspector never showed up or called. I called the office because I work 12 hour night shifts and woke up in between my sleep times for the appointment. The inspector cancelled and never notified me. The office said they do not treat for dust mites although the website says they do. I told the office that I don’t know what insect I need treatment for because I am not an entomologist. I needed the inspection to identify the issue. I told them what I didn’t think the issue was (bed bugs, roaches, etc.) as I had never seen the more common household insects in northwest Ohio in my home. I will never do business with this company and plan to reach out to a local pest company instead of franchised big business. Save your time and money by passing on this company.

Absolutely the worst scam of a business. Not only do they not do anything on the property that can't be done by spraying chemical found at Home Depot but they scam you out of 2 months pay for the cancellation that is NOT discussed during the contract agreement with the service person. The absolute worst company I've had to deal with.

Tech or manager couldn't identify the issue from what was left on our windowsill. Treated for ants and general pests. No promised follow up, called to check on our account status. Informed we are on a 365 monthly plan. Um, no. Only a manager could help, left request, that was a week ago. I'm going to cancel the contract.
