Telios Travel is a boutique corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) headquartered in Miami, Florida, built on over 40 years of travel industry heritage. Spun off from Forest Travel — a luxury leisure agency serving high-net-worth individuals — we bring a white-glove, personalized approach to corporate travel that most companies our clients' size simply can't find elsewhere. We specialize in serving mid-market businesses with up to $2M in annual travel spend: organizations that are too sophisticated for generic solutions, yet too small to get real attention from the large, impersonal TMCs. At Telios, every client gets a dedicated team of experienced, bilingual agents — not a call center, not an overseas transfer. Our agent team is led by a veteran with over 30 years in the industry, and our average response time is under 25 minutes. We are an SAP Concur Travel Partner with deep implementation expertise, helping companies streamline booking, policy compliance, expense reporting, and unused ticket recovery — all under one roof. Our clients stay with us because they feel it: proactive account management, real vendor negotiations, and a team that actually knows their travelers by name.Corporate travel shouldn't feel transactional. At Telios, it feels like having a trusted partner in your corner — every trip, every time.

Sara Juarez is the specific reason my experience was so great! I had a terrible experience at a Hilton hotel upon arrival, with the addition of being billed incorrectly to my personal credit card instead of the corporate card they already had on file. Sara was extremely prompt, patient, and understanding of my situation and got the problem resolved for me.

Impeccable service from start to finish. Telios Travel is undoubtedly an excellent corporate travel agency: efficient, resourceful, and offering executive-level attention. A special thanks to Isabela Cabrera for her outstanding management and human warmth. Her ability to resolve any unexpected issue with speed makes traveling for business a great experience.

SAP Concur is a great value travel (and expense) management software, all its services are professional and advanced. It has an excellent performance that adapts to your work requirements and complements the applications of your choice. In addition, it is great for effectively overseeing all of your employees' corporate travel, making it easy to manage their activities.

Telios is a great agency, always ready to help and provide the best service. The connection with CONCUR still needs some improvement but the service of the agents and the account manager is impeccable.
