Service was professional and a great experience. I needed to get into my portal to get a copy of my treatment history and I had to pay 59.99 to get a copy. I would have given them a 5-star, but I think it's a rip-off to pay about 60 dollars for a copy of your own paperwork.

I needed some antibiotics for a bad tooth ache and the Doctor was very professional and easy to talk to . I would highly recommend them .

I was in severe pain yesterday. I jumped online to look for the best online virtual doctor. Google directed me to this site. They took care of my pain quickly. It's only $39.99 a month. It is worth it and I will keep using them

Had me pay up front after describing symptoms and then when I connected with a nurse they say they don’t do calls for my symptoms. A waste of time and money.

We called TelerainMD because my wife urgently needed a dentist or a doctor who could assist managing the pain of a toothache. They were able to get us on a saturday in touch with a doctor. However, they did not tell us on the phone that the service was a subscription rather than a one time cost. The process of cancelling is difficult, cannot be done online and requires another $40 payment.
