They took an automatic payment from my account that I never approved, and I have sent them at least 5 email messages for a refund. I messaged them immediately after payment, and they dont reply. Its been several days, i think they enjoy taking free money from people, do not trust this service, they wont even reply to your email messages.

Hi Andreas, Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing our records, we found only one email from you regarding the refund request along with a single support ticket (TCKTB46B4542). Our team responded to both. We also sent a follow-up email asking you to check your ticket for our response. The ticket was subsequently closed after 24 hours without a reply from you. Regarding the payment, Postifluence is a subscription-based product that automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. Our records show no previous request from you to cancel the subscription before the payment was processed. Customers can request cancellation through our support team to prevent future charges. We also have a strict 30-day refund guarantee from the date of the first purchase. Renewal payments made outside this period are not covered by the guarantee. In such cases, we can cancel the subscription to prevent future billing, but the existing renewal payment falls outside our refund policy. We understand your concerns. However, we do not ignore refund requests or intentionally charge customers without regard for our policies. We encourage customers to contact our support team for assistance with cancellations or billing concerns. I hope this clarifies the situation.
