The product itself is excellen, but...
The product itself is excellent, however the service is so-so at best. I placed an order at the beginning of December, was not notified it would be back-ordered, did not recieve replies to my attempts at contacting using their online form, and when I called was told that it had been back-ordered, was now on property, but would not ship until at least the 13th of January because they're counting inventory. I SUPPOSE this is all well and good except there was zero transparency from the company regarding the status of my order until I actually got on the phone. So... I won't order direct from them again, which means they have to pay a third party to distribute.
