TeethnightguardReviews of teethnightguard.com

I am an affiliate partner of Teeth Night Guard through the Uppromote affiliate platform. The affiliate account is associated with [email protected]. I referred 4 order(s) for Teeth Night Guard, the first on September 22, 2026. The commission for these orders ($34.96) has not been paid. I have contacted Teeth Night Guard at [email protected] 1 time(s) (October 22, 2026) about this commission. I have not received any reply. My email tracking shows that 1 of these emails were opened, but there has been no response. I understand that commissions may go through validation and holding periods. However, affiliates deserve clear communication about the status of their earnings. I am asking Teeth Night Guard to review the referral(s) associated with [email protected], confirm the status of the commission, and either pay what is owed or explain clearly why it was declined.

I would never recommend this company. I paid $190 for custom night guards, and from the very beginning the experience has been a disaster. It took 7 days just to receive the impression kit, 20 more days to manufacture the guards, and another 7 days for shipping. After waiting all that time, the guards arrived and did not fit at all. When I contacted customer service, they took 7 days just to respond. They offered to remake the guards, and I agreed only after they promised to expedite the process. I was told the impression kit would arrive within 2 days and that the entire remake would take no more than 7 days. That promise was not kept. It has now been 15 more days, I still have not received my replacement, and they have stopped responding to my emails. The product has been unusable, the communication has been terrible, and the customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced. This company repeatedly makes promises it does not keep and shows no respect for its customers' time. I have requested a full refund because I no longer trust this company. Save yourself the frustration and buy your night guards somewhere else.
