The Freestep LT7 is a great machine so far. The control panel didn't function correctly. One call to customer service and I received a replacement in a few days.

So glad you're enjoying your FreeStep LT7! We're sorry about the initial issue with the control panel, but happy our Customer Service team was able to get you back up and running quickly. Thanks for the great review!
The teeter product is not cheaply made. It is solid and just works. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and can already tell a difference in how my lower back feels. Thank you for making an amazing product.
