Hello Cindy, I wanted to reach out personally to thank you for taking the time to update your review on Trustpilot and for sharing such kind feedback about your experience. We know how frustrating it was to receive your BenchK 732B with missing hardware, and we truly appreciate your patience and grace while our team worked to get this resolved for you. Your willingness to discuss on the phone and talk through the details made all the difference in helping us make things right. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to turn your experience around. We are thrilled to have you as part of the Modern Reform community, and we look forward to supporting you on your next wellness purchase! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything else. Best Regards, Chuky & Modern Reform Operations Team
