Hi Steph. As per our message exchange. I’m sorry your sons black shoes marked his white socks. There are no black threads in the socks and the marks did not come from the socks themselves. It’s disappointing to receive a 1 star review and threatening messages for this. As a small sustainable brand I am really proud of the product I have developed. I hope you’re able to love the socks for many more years to come. Your refund will be sent once I have received your details. Sam.

Hi Anna, I am sorry to see your feedback. All of our socks are sized on NAHM standard sizing, with out S-M socks fitting down to a US women's shoe size 3.5. All of our yarns are crafted to be thermo-regulating so that your feet stay cool in summer, and warm in winter, allowing you to wear and enjoy them all year round. I hope that I can help answer any additional questions you may have. Thank you, Sam

Hi Abigail. I am so sorry to hear this. This should absolutely not happen. I see that you purchased our Odyssey set. These have been tested for wear and tear two years and no hole has ever been reported. I’d love to help resolve this and better understand the issue so that we can prevent this in the future. Thank you.
