The tech was patient and answered all my questions as she fixed my problem. Very professional.

It took a lot of steps but the techs stuck with me until we could get past all the trouble the virus was causing with remote connections. Once Kevin Green got things going, Jobelle took over with the remote support and appears that the virus is gone, and all the problems that went with it.
