Just knowing that US Tech Support is a great company that truly is there for its customers and what stops until you are a happy customer.

once you open a ticket they call back fairly quickly. They are very patient on the phone and easy to understand. Always ask if they have answered all your questions before they end the call or tech session. I work from home and I am not very tech savvy. My IT dept at work is tired of dealing with my questions about my personal issues with my computer. This is the PERFECT solution!

Yes experience great. One I do not have to leave my home, I can call at any time of day. I don't have to take it to some store for help or leave it there so someone can work on it. The call-back time is most of the time done quickly, 2-3hrs. or less. The tech, Listens to the issue and asks if you have any other concerns. Everything was taken care of and I made it to work on time. Yeay!

My Representative Roderick was Awesome and took his time making sure he Explained everything clearly as well as making sure that I understood the issue I was having with my situation
