I had been watching a several auctions. The same undercovered bidders are raising price by bidding on almost every item. If you did not jump into the fake (Game) They are relisting items a few days later. Scammers.Waist of time.

Selling fake items..they will remove parts from electronics and put fake parts in them. If you buy salvage lot expect them to be very dirty and unhealthy with all kinds of bad stuff on them. Be very careful they will also refuse refunds if you file too many complains.

Fraud, They dont send your item, Waste of Time

The process is fine and all, really it is the way they choose to mislead by listing "returns" and "exchanges" in the same category. The difference between the two is huge, so just bear in mind you are probably bidding on stuff that was used and worn down before being traded in. You are most likely not bidding on stuff that was purchased, and then returned within some 30-day return window.

Horrible customer service. They response one time every month

Package was lost for 1 month. i didn't receive a any response for 2 weeks, and I only received a response from on the 4th week, after threatening them with Legal action. They then closed my account. Items never received. They stated they are going to refund me, but i have not received a refund, and or the Check they stated they will send. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE ALL CHERRY PICKED FROM GEEK SQUAD NOW. THERE IS NO LONGER ANY PHONE SUPPORT. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
