Hello !!! I was working your Analyst/CSR Richard Velting on my Business Insurance. I had few questions about my policy, I sent several emails to him and his Supervisor. It's been over a month now, so far "no" response from any of them. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now regret doing business with them.
