Very fast delivery time and product was exactly what I ordered and expected.

Ordered a laser toner dual pack and received only one. Customer service was very quick to respond and sent out the second toner immediately. 4 stars only because there was a mistake to begin with.

Tech For Less deserves a 5 star rating, everything they did was perfect. Dell and Microsoft deserve a mere 1 or less because of the way windows is licensed directly onto the hardware.
