The HP Pavillion Desktop I received yesterday worked fine for about two hours. Then received the "no boot device found" (3FO) message. Ran all HP diagnostics. No errors found. Reset factory default settings. No help. Submitted help request through Tech For Less. No response as of yet. Looks to be either a motherboard or hard drive failure. No Windows 10 media was provided so unable to attempt an OS re-install.

Haven’t used product yet, saving for my daughter’s birthday. Shipping was fast and transaction went great.

Product was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition, I used the lowest cost shipping option and the item arrived in 5 days from the placement of the order. No complaints on my end as I wasn't in any hurry, but if you're used to Amazon Prime delivery speeds, you might be disappointed.
