All three of us in my family have used Tech Armor screen protectors for years for all of our phones. They do crack periodically, but Tech Armor is always good about replacing them when they do. The customer service is always quick and friendly. And best of all, none of us has ever cracked our phone screen while using the Tech Armor screen protectors!

Tech Armor was great. I messed up when I installed the screen protector the first time. I obsessed over one spec of dust. Instead of using the sticker to remove the dust (as they show in the video), I used my fingers and sharp objects to get it. And in the process, ruined the screen protector. I confessed and Tech Armor graciously sent a replacement, no questions asked. They also sent me the link to the youtube video. After i watched the video, it was a very easy installation. The link to the video must be printed in bold on the box. The screen protector and the armor is great. Very clean looking and the touch screen works clean. Love it.

Its been a while since I got the use cable and it was a blast but lately they haven't been as resistant as before I don't really know what's going on, but the efficiency of charging is great and the lengths but the only inconvenient I have is that one. Hopefully they fix that soon.

I've been a long time customer. I think the sanitizer I've been using at the gym caused a problem with the screen protector causing some pitting and made the screen difficult to read. Tech Armor sent me a new one - thanks!
