Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity it gives us to improve our services. We were concerned to read about the issues you experienced with our platform. We strive to provide an engaging and comprehensive learning experience, and our goal is always to ensure that our content is accessible and enjoyable for all learners. Our support team is here to help with any technical issues our customers encounter. We do offer Zoom calls with student success and career advisors in our Techdegree programs when students need help; however, subscribers of our non-bootcamp plans rely on help from peers and mentors in our Community Forum, which may not be immediate. Our Techdegree may be a better fit for those looking for realtime, one-on-one learning support. Thank you once again for your feedback. We'd hope you will reach out by emailing us at [email protected] so that we can better support you and help resolve your issues.

We'd like to help resolve your issue and make this right. Please reach out by emailing us at [email protected] so that we can better support you.

Hi there, we're so sorry to hear of any troubles and would be happy to help troubleshoot any sign up issues! Please note, if your pay method pre-authorization is unable to go through, this will prevent the registration from being completed. It's possible that your card issuer or PayPal may have flagged the attempt for security, which is why we typically recommend to reach out to them to let them know you approve the transaction, which would then allow the registration to go through on our end. For better support, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can help you get set up. Thank you.
