I bought a 3 tier LED fountain for my parents in another state through Amazon. Some months later, my 80 year old dad unpacked it. The pump and plug-in were missing. I called customer service with model number and parts needed. I was asked to put that info in an email so I did. Less than a week later my dad had the needed parts and the fountain looks great!
