I had a question on a fountain I purchased they got back to me very quickly. Love the fountain!

I recently purchased a Teamson fountain that a local garden center had used on a shelf (non-operational) as a display model. Upon inspection, the pump was missing. No biggie, I bought a new pump, but realized when I got home that the fountain required wiring that the new pump doesn't have and can't accommodate. I contacted Teamson and received a same-day reply. They sent out the missing pump free of charge with a very quick turnaround, with excellent correspondence every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with my new garden fountain or their service. This is a company that cares about their customers. Well done, and many thanks to you!

Spinner arrived with a defective solar light. Teamson not only replaced the light, but also sent me a free pole extension after inquiring what would be the cost of purchasing an extra extension to increase the height of the spinner. Again, Teamson did not charge me. They included it along with a new replacement light. They responded quickly and courteously to my emails. I can't say enough about the superb customer service of this company. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Teamson.
