I sent an email about my beauty fridge return which came damaged (box has a hole in it both outside and inside) also gold accents on the fridge came scratched. No one is literally respond to me chat or emails. Their customer service is the worst and they have 14 day return policy which I may have to pay my own money out of pocket for the damaged product. They are a total scam.

These people are SO weird! Every higher up which is Sophie C.O.O, Julia Jaquillard HR, And the CEO are all so weird! The weirdest of them all is Julia! She is the FAKEST and the STRANGEST person I've ever met. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM! The only normal person that worked at teamiblends was Nicole but she left because of how shady this company is. Also, let's not forget when Adi the CEO took a DUMP in the toilet, CLOGGED it up, and made Nicole clean it. YUP! What kind of shady Mickey Mouse clubhouse business is this? I've never worked for a company that lies to their customers and are weird to their workers. Despite the fact that they have 1.1M followers on IG which are probably fake, they don't get sales AT ALL! Tell me, HOW are you a "small business" when you've been in the business industry for 8+ years? That's a shame. Sales are VERY low, and in my opinion, no way does this company makes a profit because we don't high sales...I've always wondered how Teami stayed afloat, but then again this company is very shady so they'll do anything to keep it afloat even if it's illegal:) Once you quit teami, sophie, adi, and Julia will all run into their office together and peep through the blinds to watch you walk to your car! LOLL y'all are a JOKE! The five star reviews are all fake so don't believe a THING they say! Everybody at teami is new because everybody is quitting btw. When a new person is TRAINING a new person, that's an issue. DO NOT WORK HERE. You might as well work for aliens because that's what they are. Sophie, Julia, and Adi will always be in your business, especially Julia and then she'll disrespect you in the process. The C.O.O doesnt do anything at all besides micromanage. She never stays busy and has the easiest job at Teami. How are you the C.O.O when you are watching everybody else like a baby sitter. That job title is a joke, and she's also new. So is HR, and so is the head of sales. They all don't know what they are doing! They are all evil and shady as idk WHAT! Bad things happen to bad people, and it's only a matter of time when karma will come around. Weirdos.

I absolutely love their tumbler. After 2years a d it's perfect still. My issue is that the supplements are really expensive and the skincare line is really overpriced compared to certified brands elsewhere. Also the detox teas don't work and I can't try more of their products due to their high price and international shipping has become impossible to handle financially

I received this blender as a gift last fall. I had no need to use it until now. Took it out of the box and it won't charge. Contacted customer service and they said it's out of warranty and offered 20 percent off a new one. No thanks I'll buy a brand with better service and one that actually works.

Glad I came to the reviews. I almost completed my order but I will not. TEAMI TEA I hope you take care of these issues. I'll be back in a few months to see if your customer service has gotten better. Thanks guys for giving honest reviews and saving me from crappy customer service which we see way too often lately. Get it together sheesh.

My tumbler started cracking after a 30 day detox. I think it may be defective. Buyer beware. Never have I had a plastic cup crack like this!

Colon tea : this tea nearly sent me to the ER. The cramps were horrendous, lasted all night and into the next afternoon and my bowels didn't move. I had to take a strong pain killer to take the edge off. I felt faint and vomited. They do not back their product with a refund even if you end up in an ER.

I brought their tea through the fab fit fun company ,I was using the refresh tea ,it is not a detox tea but it has been given a big problem, "diarrhea" I had gone to the bathroom more than 15 times just now. Sent message through Facebook messages to teamiblend and just want to point out the issues , unfortunately the person blamed me may be I am allergic to the ingredients and r I ate bad food.....I was like speechless...the tea should be banned from us selling.
