Hi Myrlah, I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. I looked further into this for you, and I can see that a delviery appointment has been scheduled for Tuesday, 5/26. I also consulted further with the carrier direclty, and they advised that you specifically requested a later delivery date. They had initially offered something sooner, but that date was declined. The carrier will always schedule around your needs/availability, but if there were any specific issues with scheduling this delivery that affected your experience with us, I would be happy to hear more, so I can look further into what happened and address any concerns you have. Feel free to email me any time if you would like to discuss more: [email protected] Casey Martin Customer Service Manager Teak Warehouse

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we take concerns like this very seriously. We want to be absolutely clear that we do not sell or share our customers’ personal information with third parties for marketing or solicitation purposes. The situation you’re describing with spam calls is extremely concerning, but it would not be a result of placing an order with us. Regarding your order, that’s not the experience we want you to have. I see your order was delivered on February 26, it was placed on the 11th that same month. I am sorry if that lead time did not work for you but these larger heavy items take time to ship. I hope you enjoy you items!

Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it. We wanted to clarify that we transitioned to stainless steel hardware because it is significantly more durable for outdoor environments, which is why it’s commonly used in marine applications as well. This change was made to improve the longevity and performance of the product over time. Regarding the lounger, it was intentionally designed to be wider for added comfort. We understand that this may not have been what you expected, and we’re sorry for any frustration. While the dimensions are listed on our website, we apologize if the change wasn’t clear and that it impacted your experience. If you want to further discuss please reach out to me directly at [email protected]
