The quality of the furniture is amazing. I love every piece I got. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because I had ordered some chairs and it wasn't until they delivered the other pieces that they informed me that they no longer carry the chairs I ordered. Other than that, it was a great experience, and I would order from them again.

We're so happy that overall, you had a positive experience with us, but are sorry that the items you ordered initially were not available. I do see that we regretfully needed to cancel the Breeze chairs from your order, as they had been discontinued & were out of stock, however, I also see that this was discovered before your scheduled delivery date and that the Oliver chairs were selected instead and you were proptly refunded the difference in price. Nonetheless, we understand the inconvenience of not receiving the items you ordered originally, so apologize that this affected your experience and hope you'll still consider us again in the future. Very little communication with floor representative, instead of getting up and showing products, she just pointed at them. When my order came in to be picked up the call was more like a military order. "Your merchandise is in the can be picked up on Monday....should you not pick it up on Monday there will be a $75.00 a day storage charge. Great merchandise and terrible service.

This is not the standard of service that we strive to provide here at Teak Warehouse, so your feedback is valuable in helping us improve our service moving forward. As for our Order Pick-Up procedures, due to the high volume of orders our warehouse/distibution center is processing, hand-assembling, and staging daily, we do not have the space available to allow orders to sit at our dock past their scheduled pick-up date. Therefore, storage fees will accure in the event that the scheduled pick-up date is missed. However, as long as it is communicated to us, our team is always willing to work with our customers who find they will have to miss their pick-up date, as we understand that unexpected changes/delays can happen. It looks like your order was picked up promptly on the day it was scheduled for. Again, thank you for sharing this feedback with us, and we hope you can continue to enjoy your furniture for years to come and may consider us again in the future. We were looking for very specific outdoor chairs to replace the ones by our pool. We wanted white mesh slings with stainless steel frames. Shipping was really expensive because they were going from one side of the country to the other but they were on sale so it all balanced out. Customer service was so helpful by sending photos and following up by email. We love Teak Warehouse!
