These are beautiful and comfortable chairs. I had a problem with delivery but after working with the company for a couple weeks, was able to resolve my issue.

Poor quality
The quality is mediocre. Three chairs came broken. One chair broke after it fell over once. Does not feel strong and well made in person.

Hi Kelsey,
Thank you for letting us know about this issue. I looked into this order further, and I do see that you reached out several weeks ago to let us know a chair had fallen over during some weather, which resulted in damage. I responded to that email requesting photos of the chair, so I could take a further look and provide next steps, but I never heard back from you. I sent a follow-up email as well, and as of this reply, haven't received a response to that either.
We absolutely stand behind the quality of our products, and we take each and every concern/issue relating to potential damages or defects very seriously. This means that we typically will need photos/videos/documentation on your part of the issue(s) you have, so we can investigate the concern thoroughly and make any necessary corrections to the product itself, as well as provide the best solution for you, usually in the form of replacement product(s). Without documentation of the issue though, it's difficult for us to provide a helpful solution, and in this case, we did not receive a response from you after our request for more information on the damage.
I am still more than happy to help get this resolved for you though, as our goal is ensure you are happy with the items you ordered. If you would like to discuss further, feel free to reply to my last follow-up email, and I can definitely assist from there.
Thank you so much,
Casey Martin

Very delayed delivery.
Very delayed delivery.
By Yuni O.
Response from Teak Warehouse· Aug 27, 2026
Hi Yuni,
We're so sorry that your delivery took longer than expected. There was an issue with one of the items on your shipment/order that was corrected mid-transit, which ulitmately caused a bit of a delay. We know how important it is to receive your order in a timely manner, so again, we are so sorry for any inconvenience this slight delay may have caused.
I know I already reached out via email, but I wanted to make sure you received a reply here as well. As a courtesy for the delay, I went ahead and offered a Teak Warehouse store credit, valid for 365 days and readily available to use on any future purchase. Whenever you're ready to use this credit, feel free to reply to my email, and I would be happy to assist further.
Thanks so much,
Casey Martin

Hi Marc,
Thanks so much for taking the time to notify us of this issue. I know we've already been working on this together, but I wanted to make sure you got a reply to this still.
We are so sorry one of your tables arrived damaged. While damages are rare & uncommon, they can unfortunately happen, and are typically outside of our direct control. Nonetheless, we know how disappointing it can be to receive something in damaged condition. If ever receiving a damaged product, we are always more than happy to get a replacement issued out right away.
I have already issued out an immediate replacement table for you, but please let me know if there is anything more that I can assist with.
Thank you so much!

Pre-assembled products need to be boxed…
Pre-assembled products need to be boxed and protected due to poor shipping companies. This will protect the wood from being damaged as well as the metal glides from getting bent.

Hi Christine,
Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. I do see that one of your Nautical Chairs arrived with the hardware not fully secure, which is absolutely not the standard that we expect our items to arrive/be shipped in. I see we got this replaced for you right away, and the new chair is currently in transit and on its way to you. Nonetheless though, we understand how disappointing it can be to receive items that aren't in perfect condition, so we truly appreicate you notifying us of the issue so we can make it right.
I also wanted to clarify the shipping service for this order as well. Threshold (Assembled) service was selected upon checkout, meaning that the items are shipped & will arrive arrive fully-assembled and unboxed/unpackaged. We offer boxed/packaged shipping service for select items as well too though, which will show as an option at checkout.
Thank you so much,
Casey Martin

A sturdy beautiful set
The delivery was easy, though it did take about 1 month to reach us. The unpacking was very easy, too. The table and chairs fit perfectly on our aft deck of our boat. With a simple seat cushion, the chairs are comfortable and very sturdy. We are so pleased with this set!
