About TeachSundaySchool.com

Teach Sunday School exists to help individuals, families, and churches grow in biblical understanding through thoughtfully designed faith-based learning resources. We create Bible studies, Scripture cards, journals, and educational tools that are meant to be practical, approachable, and easy to use in everyday life.We are a small, independent business with a mission-driven focus. Every product we offer is created in-house with care, prayer, and a deep respect for Scripture. Our resources are used by parents, teachers, small groups, and individuals across the United States and beyond who are looking for meaningful ways to study and apply the Bible. Most of our orders are fulfilled digitally or shipped directly to customers, and while the majority of orders are completed smoothly, we recognize that issues can occasionally arise — including delivery delays, confusion about digital versus physical products, or unmet expectations. When that happens, we genuinely want to make things right. Feedback from customers helps us improve our communication, processes, and products, and we take it seriously.Customer support is handled by a small team, not an automated system, and we aim to respond as promptly and personally as possible. We are continually refining our product descriptions, fulfillment timelines, and post-purchase communication to ensure customers know exactly what to expect. We are grateful to those who choose to use our resources and to those who take the time to share their experience. Our goal is always to serve with integrity, clarity, and care.

Grab and Run

They take your money and stop caring. I ordered the 31 prayer cards at $29.98 including shipping on July 7th for my daughter. I received confirmation that the order was delivered on July 11, perfect timing for my her tennis tournament. However, she did not receive the item. I checked the delivery confirmation and it was not delivered to the specified address, it was delivered to her university reception and cannot be tracked as there are many receptions in all the academic buildings. I sent a screen shot of my shipping information as well as a screen shot of the delivery information via email & was told someone will get back to me within 48 hrs. Erica contacted me and stated that it was delivered and I needed to contact USPS. USPS stated that it was delivered to the labelled address which is not the address on my order. This is absolutely hopeless, there is no phone number or chat to get a human, just Erica hiding behind an email. I have demanded a refund as summer school ends today and my daughter is coming home, but they keep saying the order was delivered. Basically, they grab the money and do not care afterwards. Not Christian like!

Hi Elizabeth! We're really sorry for how frustrating this situation has been. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been, especially with the timing for your daughter’s tournament. We shipped the order to the exact address provided when the order was placed, and we also shared a copy of the shipping label used so you could verify the details. We understand the delivery situation itself wasn’t ideal, and we did our best to help resolve it as quickly as possible. After speaking with you, we offered both a replacement and a refund, and we’ve processed the refund based on your preference. We never want anyone to feel unsupported, and we’re here to help when issues come up. If there’s anything further we can do, please feel free to reach out: https://teachsundayschool.com/i/contact/ -The Teach Sunday School Team
