Following placement of an order, Teachers' School Supply sends you an email acknowledging the order. There is a web link to view the order status. They don't tell you that the link can only be opened with certain browsers. When trying to open it using Safari, you are shown a page that is not helpful at all, and you never see the order status. Now that I have found a way to view the link in Firefox, it is possible to review the order status. It would be best if the email explicitly indicated that you must open the link in certain browsers, or provide an alternative way to access the order status information. You should not have to just go without seeing your order status, because the link doesn't work.

No idea of the service or the product of the supplies. Have not received an email as to when I get the product

I'm wondering if it has been shipped. Aside from that question, telephone service was great.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced item, this is a good supply store. If you are looking to get it quickly or in a few days, look elsewhere.
