Ordered a stroller from the "company" and months after the expected arrival date the the wrong color (that is awful) shows up. Because of this I had to get another car seat to bring my newborn home; which I'm glad I did but the one it comes with seem flimsy and unsafe. Consumer services is TERRIBLE. Offered me %30 off or I could return it to be refunded. I ask how much the %30 would be because as a busy mom of a newborn I don't have the time or resources to return. They gave my a much lower price then what %30 would be, I try to correct them as I calculated it and they refused to give me what they hard originally agreed to. I had left them a bad review about how they wouldn't give me the amount they had originally said and they messaged me back say I would get NOTHING if I didn't take down my review! 🤯🤬 So I did and they said they refunded my card but of course that was false. At this point I just wanted to return it but I had no trust that I would receive anything back. After almost 2 weeks of messaging them everyday I have still not gotten a response.. also reported my review lying and saying I wasn't a customer and try to get it removed so I'm guessing that's the only reason why they have high reviews. please do not buy from this company there products are way overpriced and if somethings wrong you are basically screwed 😔 so incredibly disappointed

At TAY Online Store, we strive to make every customer satisfied with the product we offer and the service we provide, however mistakes always happen and we are responsible always for mistakes happens from our side. At the end of this replay there is a link to see a full proof that the customer is trying to take an advantage of the power of reviews to get more discount and refused to return the product and please decide your self by fair judgment if we tried to help or no. Long story short, the customer received a wrong color, we asked for a proof, we admitted our mistake, we returned to the customer with 2 offers (free return + full refund OR 30% off if she decided to keep the produt), customer emailed us for more than a month in questions about the return or the percentage of 30% we refused to offer more than 30% which we believe is a high refund ($180 CAD) in multiple occasions we offered the customer to return the product at OUR cost and to receive FULL REFUND but she refused, attached you will see that we applied 30% that she claim we didn't. We tried to help as much as we could, we applied the 30% as promised customer should be honest when posting reviews to the public and tell the truth while she claim not receiving the 30% she can contact her bank but she don't want. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1298/3583/files/23.jpg?v=1598437024

I ordered the travel system in white and it was absolutely beautiful. They were shipped in 2 batches-the car seat came later. The first batch was on time, but the second was a little late. Through it all the team kept responding to my prompts and requests about tracking the car seat. I really can’t fault them. I definitely recommend.

Excellent delivery and service I had a problem with the payment at first. I texted them as to that's the only way I can talk to Customer service. They texted me back right away which I was surprised they did and they informed me as to what forms of payments they excepted as it was giving me the option to pay through AMAZON but they do not take payments through AMAZON. I ended up paying with a credit card. Thank you Tay Online Store for texting me right back. My sister received the 3 in 1 stroller quicker than expected. It took about a week or less. She loves the stroller. You guy's are wonderful. THIS IS A EXCELLENT ONLINE STORE WOW WOW WOW. MY NAME KISHA MOTHERSILLE FLORIDA

I loved the quality of their product, the fact that they responded back to emails in a timely fashion, and even during this pandemic, the shipment didn't take long at all. I'd definitely shop with them again and I encourage everyone to shop with TAY online.💖
