I noticed that important transactions were not being pulled in with the API synch-- I contacted customer service, they said I really had to cross check everything to make sure it worked. I asked what was the point then of paying them? I told them I didn't like that process, they didn't apologize or offer assistance. Michael, the person I spoke with disconnected. What is the point of using a service if you can't trust them to bring in major transactions that affect your tax total? What a waste. I may as well do this all myself.

I had unsuscessfuly tried to use tax software prior to contacting TaxBit. Tax Bit customer service enabled me to upload documents!!! When I had a problem they would find a way to do things. They were all very positive, encouraging, and understanding! Plus what a GREAT feeling to finally have last year's taxes done and know they are correct! Thank you TaxBit personnel -Ally

I worked with Michael of Customer Support on basic start-up questions, how to do this / that, and correction of a minor issue which the dev group will handle. Although my questions were probably very basic, he treated me with respect, fixed my issues where possible, and was generally a great person. Michael is a testament to your company and your product is great! I'd love to see more performance tracking tools, at some point. I am shifting to TaxBit from another crypto tax software because of the professionalism of the team and the quality of the software.
