Tax1099 is outstanding! This is my 3rd year using the service & it has saved us about $2K in CPA fees. GREAT customer service got me over the 1st year's learning curve. The software is similar to Excel, and it preserves your forms in case you need to issue a correction or review what you did. We plan to keep using Tax1099!

This is exactly what I needed for my agency, creating 1099 forms, not all other fancy stuffs! Entering and submitting documents is straightforward.

Try making it easy to use I thought the 1099 would be emailed to the recipient. There is no customer service and I don't think I got anything for my money

My mistake in account setup locked me out of my account. I have been trying to get customer support for week and have only received canned response via email to a help link that did not work (Was not relevant to my issue so it would not have mattered anyway if it had worked.) If you file a few 1099s every year your time would be better spent registering on the IRS FIRE system to file your 1099s directly with the IRS. Its free, the support is good, and it is way more secure than this service. If this company expects to maintain this service as a viable business it would serve them well to tighten security and invest in some decent customer support in January/February of every year when people need it the most.

If I could give zero stars I would. This would not integrate with my quickbooks desktop files. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I tried both the desktop and web connector solutions and got nothing but error messages. I contacted help and their answer was "I don't know" and then they never followed back up, despite me repeatedly contacting them. This was an ultimate waste of my time for HOURS. Quickbooks has no other option, which is a major black mark for them as well.
