I've been using Tax1099 for several years and it's makes creating 1099s very easy. The feature of sending via USPS and/or e-mail along with its validation features makes it an effective choice for our business.

most of our recipients were having problems with retrieving their 1099s with all the log-ins and codes. Please have a more simple way for people to get their 1099 forms

Completing my own 1099 forms was easy and way less expensive than allowing our CPA to perform this task.

Ease of Use. I have little experience with 1099s but your software system always walks me through and lets me go back and double check my work before I submit it.

I also filed my 1099s through Quickbooks using their recommended provider TAX1099.com. on January 26th and it still does not show that the IRS has accepted them, nor have my contractors received their 1099's. There is no phone number to call, so getting a hold of a live person is impossible. At this point, I don't know if the IRS will ever accept our 1099's and I printed and mailed out copies to my contractors because they were screaming for their 1099's which TAX1099 said were mailed on the 30th of January. None have been received.
