I had a great experience with Tatize. I was always kept informed about my order and if I had any questions, they were answered quickly and pleasant. The item I ordered was better than I thought.

I do feel bad having to leave this review, but it's important that buyers know that in the case of theft, this company has nothing in place to protect their buyers. I spent over $200 and unfortunately everything was stolen - a bummer thing to happen especially during the holidays. Any reputable company would replace the items or refund me. This loss should not be on me. USPS should have not left my package unattended on my doorstep while I was at work, but they did. This unfortunate event was not my fault, and I should not be the one paying for it. TATIZE has refused to refund of replace the items. I was so excited to recieve the items I bought, and would have loved to be able to write a positive review. If everything goes well, they seem great, but in the case that everything doesn't they provide no customer support.

I was expecting more of a knit sweater feel - it is sort of but finer thread so not quite what I expected. Still fine, still unique. Still works.like it!
