Very disappointed with my monthly order. Paying $80 and what they ship is maybe, maybe worth $40. Trying to cancel, but they say I need to finish out my subscription. This is ridiculous. They are forcing me to get ripped off each month.

Hi John, I logged in yesterday to find your 2-star review. To date, wee have not received any communication from you that you desire to cancel. (I also checked our spam folders -- nothing.) To cancel, all you had to do was email or call us. And then we would have taken care of it. No need for negative reviews. Since we haven't heard from you, I went ahead and cancelled your subscription. Doesn't seem like a good fit. Yes, there's an early cancellation fee of $49. This covers our costs when people sign up for one box, receive the gift of Buongiorno mugs, and want to leave the program early -- especially after receiving only one box. This ensures we do not lose money. Best, Matt Owner
