UPDATE Hi, Marty - I just checked on your order and it has shipped. You should have received an email from UPS with tracking information. Thank you for your patience. UPDATE Hi, Marty - Thanks for providing your Order #. It looks like the invoice for your order has closed, which means your order should be shipping this week. Again, our teams are doing the best they can with their current increased workload and delays from distributors. Your understanding is appreciated. Thank you. Hi, Marty - Thanks for contacting us about your concerns. If you could provide your Order #, our team can look into your order and provide you with some more info. Aside from that, we are definitely experiencing higher-than-usual orders and communications from customers, which has resulted in delays on our side in processing and response times. Our team is doing their best to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.

Hi, Pedro - Thanks for notifying us of your need to return the part. As we replied on the other platforms on which you left feedback, the 30 day return policy will be waived in your case due to the delays that we've been experiencing from COVID-19. A member of our Returns Team should be contacting you in the next day or so regarding your return. Thank you.

Hi, Jonathan - Thanks for shopping with us! And thank you for your patience while we acquire your part for you. We do our best to meet customer's expectations; unfortunately, while we do stock thousands of parts at our warehouse, it's impossible for us to stock every OEM part for the 15+ auto manufacturers whose parts we sell. Perhaps it missed your attention, but there was a highlighted box at the top of the product page that did state that our "online parts catalog it to be used as a reference guide only and does not necessarily reflect the immediate availability of parts". Luckily, as noted in the email you received, most special ordered parts are received within a few business days. Please feel free to contact our Customer Support team for further information or if you have more questions. Again, we appreciate your patience.

Hi, Christopher - We're glad you like our website, but are disappointed that you feel frustrated with our customer service. We do stock an enormous amount of inventory in our warehouse, however - as we offer OEM parts for over 12 auto manufacturers - it's impossible for us to stock every part. While our website does state that "Our online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not necessarily reflect the availability or stocking status of parts," our turn-a-around rate for most parts is rather quick. Someone from our Customer Support team would be happy to provide you with assistance should you choose to give us a try. Thanks.

Hi, Alexia - Thanks for contacting us! The email that you received that stated your parts required special ordering also said that it would take us about 3-5 business days to acquire those parts before mailing them out to you. Since we emailed you on Friday (and weekends do not count toward business days), you should be seeing an email from us later this week (if not earlier) regarding your order. In the meantime, please feel free to call us with any questions - thanks!

Good afternoon James, Reading thru your order it is apparent we dropped the ball on this one. I took a look at the handling of this and determined that we just plain messed up. We do work very hard to provide a worry-free buying experience, but - being human - we occasionally miss the mark. Please accept our apologies for this. I will be asking our team to process a refund for the shipping fees on your order. I know it does not make it perfect, but I hope it will take some of the sting away. Very best, Michael

Hi, Jeremiah - I believe you just spoke to one of our Customer Support team members. I hope you've had your concerns addressed. I'm sorry for the wait - our call volume has been very high lately - but our team is definitely available from 9 am - 6 pm to help with your questions. Thanks for your patience!

Response from Tasca Parts· Sep 26, 2019

Hi, Talisha - Sorry for the wait on your parts! We completely understand your frustration. As noted in the original email to you, some of your parts did require special ordering from the auto manufacturer; however, we did not realize until the other day that there had been an issue transmitting your order to Nissan. Your order was re-ordered (and confirmed!) and upgraded to 2nd day air. If you haven't received an email already with tracking information you should be receiving one shortly. Thanks and apologies again for any inconvenience!
