I have looked at a few options in this space and this one was by far the clearest. The program is explained in full, the terms are written plainly, and nothing had to be pried out of anyone. Tariff Refund Agency makes the whole process feel far less daunting.

I am very grateful that I have come across this awesome ecosystem. The information that I have come across, the opportunity to help so many people and businesses recoup as much money as possible that they paid in tariffs, and the opportunity that I have to make so much extra money are really a true blessing.

Communication is exceptional from start to finish. Every step of the process is clear—you always know the status of your claim, what comes next, and exactly who to contact if you have a question. That level of transparency and responsiveness is rare in this industry. TRA has been an absolute pleasure to work with, delivering professionalism, consistency, and confidence throughout the entire experience. They have truly set a new standard for client service.

They make it easy to represent them well. The materials are professional, the messaging is accurate, and nothing I have been given to share overstates what the program can actually do for a client. TRA makes a complicated area of trade feel completely approachable.

TRA is an all in one recovery solution for my clients to find fast & easy relief from a complex refund process. They keep up with developments in the Tariff Recovery area better than most, and they share what they learn instead of hoarding it. That has made them a genuinely useful resource beyond the specific work we do together. TRA is the kind of partner every importer should have in their corner. They provide the expertise visibility and transparency importers need to process government programs.

The partner side of this business is run as carefully as the client side. Onboarding was clear, the tools are genuinely useful, and the support team treats partner questions with real urgency. TRA brings real expertise and real courtesy to the table.
