Very fine quality. I like it although I was looking for a more stable one. I like the fabric & also the softer rubber frame where the iPad is inserted. I rate it high because of the quality.

The laptop case arrived on time and was free from defects. It meets my needs and I hope it will last a long time. I've used Targus laptop cases before and am satisfied with the product.

OK on time, but driver tossed package over the property gate. Fortunately, you notified us that delivery had been made, so we could go to the gate and pick it up. Next time, I would appreciate that the driver at least rings the bell at the gate

I bought my bag maybe 15 years ago, I loved it, but it started to age, so I tried to find a replacement. I tried every store every online, nothing was like my original. I loved it so much, I put it back in service. I have worn out 3 straps, it is getting thread bare and worn, a hole in the side, tears in the inner compartments, but it is the best for me I have ever used. I had given up, then, somehow the search brought up a way to buy it from Targus. Came Friday. I am so overjoyed. I thought I was going to have to settle.
