We ordered a substantive quantity of high-end, hard-to-find ELR ammunition from Target Sports USA, based on ready availability and a very good price. 75% of the order arrived with a shipping ticket stating "Will refund 5 boxes". I assumed that meant TSUSA would simply issue a refund, but that didn't happen because the note was appended by a warehouse order fulfillment employee. (Laziness on my part.) Long story short I let the situation ride until my next card statement showed no refund, and carried me far beyond the normal policy 14 day time frame alloted by TSUSA for order issues to be addressed. I called customer service and in the space of just a few hours, Ashley tracked down the very employee who had written the note almost a month prior, confirmed the other 5 boxes of Cheytac ammo had arrived at TSUSA damaged (precluding resale), and immediately got my refund initiated. Buying with no issues is easy. But stuff happens. How good is your dealer/distributor when things go sideways and you 100% need their willing and timely assistance to put things right ? I'm very happy to know that based on TSUSA's competitive pricing, their vast and varied inventory, but most importantly their friendly and conscientious customer service, I will no longer have to surf the internet to fulfill my ammuntion needs --- Target Sports USA has ably demonstrated that they are a thoroughly professional, customer-first business, and that's all I need to know. Good product at the lowest price I could find. I’d buy again. Only complaint is it took a week before the shipped it.

It is a hassle to find ammo that is affordable. Let alone keeping track of the price. TSUSA will inform you when price drop. If it's close or lower than the price i usually purchase at I can just pull the trigger. I get to stock up and get new kind of ammo all at good price.
