Won 800 3/3/26 tried redeeming push to card method. It got canceled support said they’re having issues with push to card. Tried the next day they canceled it again. Saying issues with push to card. Trying again today but I doubt I’ll get this money. Will change review if I actually get paid. But never had this much trouble before. Update redemption was pending still reached out to support and they said they had issue with bank provider name. (It’s a Chase debit card) so they had to cancel my redemption AGAIN. So resubmitted $800 redemption and support said it is sent please wait 1-3 days. Which is hard to do when they keep canceling. Stay away from this site.

Hi Colto, we understand how frustrating this situation must have been and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. During the past week, our payment provider experienced an issue with the Push-to-Card service. Because of this, several redemption requests that had already been approved by our team were automatically canceled by the processor on their side. During that time, redemption requests submitted through ACH bank transfer were still processing normally without cancellation. We understand the repeated cancellations were frustrating and appreciate your patience while the provider worked to resolve the issue. The Push-to-Card service has now been restored and is working again. Our team is also working closely with the payment provider to help ensure situations like this are minimized in the future. If you need any assistance with your redemption request, our support team will be happy to help.
On Feb 2nd i submitted a redemption that was approved. 2 days ago on Feb 20th I still hadn’t received it so I reached out to support where they proceeded to tell me it had already been paid out, so I sent them screenshots of my bank accounts history including a screen recording of me scrolling through all of my transactions since Feb 2nd showing that I haven’t received it. They told me to send them a bank statement which I can’t do till the 1st but I’m doubtful that will resolve anything. All of this was after they denied my redemption twice for varying reasons btw. This has been a frustrating and overall bad experience. Out of all the options for sweep stakes casinos this would be at the very bottom of my recommendations list.

When you contacted our support team, we checked the transaction with our payment system and it showed that the redemption had already been completed on the processor’s side. Because of this, our payout provider requested a bank statement so they could investigate further and trace the transaction with your bank. This document helps the provider confirm whether the transfer was received, pending, or rejected by the bank so they can properly locate the funds. We understand that this process can be frustrating, but the request was made so the payment provider can complete a full investigation and resolve the situation. Once the statement is provided, the provider can continue checking the transaction details and update us accordingly. Our team is here to assist throughout the process and will continue working with the payment provider to resolve the matter.
I bought there 10 for 30 welcome package on the 12th and was able to some how make a 100 dollar redemption out of it and thought yay I won but THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. Their redemption process is a joke they dont send email notifications when you submit a redemption and you have to contact support. Then they tell you they are having issues with their payment provider and the push to card no longer is available. Now I dont think I'll ever see that 100 dollars so trust me and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. If you win you will not see your money.Update 3 days later still no redemption just the run around and endless excuses.

Unfortunately, at the time the request was being processed, our payment provider experienced an issue with the instant push-to-card service, which caused the transaction to be canceled on their side. Once the processor returned the balance to us, it was added back to your account so you could submit a new redemption request. At this time, the available option is ACH bank transfer, which we recommend using for your next request. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the processor issue and our team is always available to assist if you need help completing the new request.
I’m giving it 4 stars because overall I did get my money but I feel like this site is really messy and support just goes off a script and doesn’t really know what’s going on. I won $400 and redeemed my money. My status went to processing and stayed there even though they told me it was already processed. I then checked my account and it said my redemption was canceled but I did actually receive my money (push to card) for $394. They still don’t know what’s going on but at least it deposited. Based on the other reviews I think there are way better sites with less complications.

I was following their terms and conditions to a tee and they canceled my redeem and voided my SC. Do not play here.

Scammed out of hundreds of dollars after playing through on roulette, support unresponsive. Beware!

Update: They canceled the Skrill redemption, so I redeemed to card. They canceled that and only returned 10/50sc. Support claims that it wasn't played through and is now void. You have to complete play through to even request a redemption. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM I want to say great things, and hopefully I'll be able to soon. I registered with TaoSweeps and LuckyRush, their parent/related site on the same night. They had a good selection of games and I was able to turn the free SC given with the GC Welcome Offer into a redemption on both sites. Tao would have me bragging about their lower redemption requirement of 50 SC right now, but I am still waiting. LuckyRush processed my Push-to-Card redemption within a few hours. I had used Skrill with Tao thinking it would be faster and easier. It hasn't been. Their live chat is responsive at all hours, which is nice, but I've been told that my issue has been escalated to the finance department for the last 4 or 5 days. Skrill is instant, and I've confirmed with Skrill that if the payment hasn't arrived then it hasn't been sent. I've asked to just cancel the redemption so I can Push-to-Card, but haven't been able to get that done. I will change my score and review once we come to a resolution, and I would be willing to play again. LuckyRush has a healthy TrustPilot score so I have faith that they'll do right, but are just having a rough roll-out. I would just refrain from using Skrill

If a redemption is canceled and you’re asked to use a different method, it’s usually due to a temporary issue with that payment option. For Skrill, it should normally be fast as well, but delays can still happen depending on processing or verification.
