This was a very difficult installation but Alexa Canales was extremely patient and kind. With such great customer care, I am looking forward to a very satisfying relationship.

Was totally LIED too by ALEX their sales member. I was told he would wave the monthly fees. Which was a TOTAL Lie. got charged all but 100.00 a month. When I tried to reach out to Alex he didn't return my calls nor emails. Then when I called to talk to him I was informed he no longer works for Talus Payments any longer. He probably got FIRED because he does nothing but LIE LIE LIE. then they wouldn't honor what he told me. So I cancelled.. I wouldn't trust this company nor there employees.

We are fairly new users with TalusPay and there was some confusion in the fees being charged. Charles was great, he helped me better understand how the fees are charged and then he pointed out that we were not in PCI Compliance and were being charged a fee for that. He got the appropriate person on the phone to assist us with that, which will save us $39.95/month. Thank you Charles!
