It’s a scam
It’s a scam, the customer service never responded and I am already convinced that my orders will never arrive, if you are careful enough, you could see that their websites are suspicious too.

Scam
Scam. Having back and forth. They are stating my product shipped, but the tracking number says unknown. Ordered 09/30.
