I bought my first Rolex from Takuya. Excellent experience. He had the watch I was looking for, well priced for the market, with all relevant info clearly communicated in the listing. He was easy and responsive to communicate with, answered my newbie questions. Shipped securely overnight AM delivery, beautifully packaged. Watch was exactly as described. I took it that afternoon to my local RSC to have bracelet adjusted and provide a little more peace of mind to have Rolex technicians lay eyes on it. I could not be happier with this transaction. Thank you Thanh Takuya!

Great , great guy . This is my second watch from him . Shipping is always next day . Definitely recommend. Thanks a lot !

Another great purchase. I recently completed another transaction with Takuya Watches, just like the first transaction, it was a great experience. Thanh worked with me as I was interested in a few pieces until I narrowed it down to the one. Great communication, great shipping, great experience. I will buy another watch from Thanh/ Takuya Watches in the future.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a watch from Takuya Watches. Charles made the entire process seamless. The transaction was smooth, professional, and exactly how buying a luxury watch should be. i wouldnt hesitate to do business with charles and Takuya watches again. Highly recommend!

Nervous new buyer in the Rolex market. Thanh's reputation stood true. Super responsive to all of my questions, easy to work with, and all of my research in finding a trusted Rolex seller paid off. It took a look of courage for me to wire a stranger $25k with the hope that I would get my watch. I received my watch in 2 days and it was in immaculate condition. Super happy with Takuya/Thanh and I would heavily recommend any buyer (new or seasoned) to deal with him in confidence. Thanks Thanh!

First time purchasing from Thanh and would do it again gladly. Also the first time I've bought online only as opposed to in store, and while I was nervous I had no reason to be. Bought an Omega Speedmaster Ed White 321 and had a great experience - he was responsive (via email, phone and text), had no issue video chatting with me to discuss the details and show me the watch, box and accessories. Pricing was fair and the process was very clear. Where Thanh went above and beyond was when FedEx wouldn't release the package due to a small error in name on my ID, he picked up right away via phone and sorted it out. I really wasn't sure about such a large purchase online with no physical store (although he did tell me he has a location in Texas for anyone who wants to purchase in person) but after this experience I have zero concerns working with him in the future.

Great seller and experience. Great price, watch exactly as described. Answered all my questions and shipped quickly. Would buy from again!
