I have been using Trava for almost 7 months, and I have not had any major issues with them. Any questions I've sent to their customer service agents via their chat service, have always been replied to promptly, professionally and with kindness. I like their app, it's easy to use and understand, and allows you to track exactly what you need to for your weightloss journey. They send your medication in temperature controlled packaging, it comes with everything you need to know and how to use it; and they FedEx it overnight to you, and you can track it the whole way to your home. I can't speak for others, but they are trustworthy and reliable in my personal opinion and experience. My experience with them and my current weightloss journey with them has been excellent, 20 stars, highly recommend!
