Hi Belle! Thank you for this review, and for speaking out about your experience, despite it being negative. We are very saddened to hear that your tenure at Taimi has not been a positive one, but we are here to rectify that, as that's always been our goal - to create a safe and comfortable space for all users. When it comes to harassment on the app, we have a zero-tolerance policy and offer a plethora of ways to not only disengage with users that do so, but to also ensure that our Community Guidelines are upheld, we offer 24/7 support when it comes to reporting violating users. Our Moderation Team works closely with the Support Team in order to make sure that our community stays as vibrant and joyous as we always wish it to be. Users with malicious intent are not welcome on our platform and we'd like to let you know that we are always on standby to process reports on such behavior and uphold the guidelines that we abide by. In the meantime, we are always available to help, and our mission is to make sure you enjoy your time at Taimi. 💜
